热采井膨胀管补贴技术试验研究

摘    要:对用于高温热采井的膨胀管补贴工具,包括不锈钢环密封、铜敷焊密封、铜环嵌焊密封进行了试验研究。通过对耐高温材料与焊接工艺的改进,实现了膨胀压力低、耐高温、密封能力高等性能指标,为实现高温热采井膨胀管补贴技术的工业化应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Expandable Tubular Patching tools of Thermal production well were studied,including stainless steel sealing elements,copper band elements welded onto Expandable Tubular,inlayed copper band elements welded at the their bevels.With the development of high temperature resistant material and welding procedure,the low expansion operation pressure,high temperature resistance and sealing capabilities were achieved,laying the groundwork for the industrialization of Expandable Tubular Patching Technology of Thermal Production Well.
