| 摘 要： | 现在生产的根霉酒曲是用优良的纯根霉菌、纯酵母菌分别生产，最后按比例配合成成曲。主要用于酿造小曲白酒、医药疗伤和发酵饲料喂猪。用根霉酒曲可生产优质小曲白酒：饮用根霉酒曲浸泡液，能消食活血、健脾开胃；还可用根霉酒曲生产饲料发酵剂用于喂猪，猪的育肥时间短。

| Abstract: | Quality pure rhizopus and pure yeast were used respectively in the production and then the products were compounded according to certain ratio to produce rhizopus distiller's yeast eventually.The rhizopus distiller's yeast was mainly used in quality Xiaoqu liquor production,medical therapy(promoting digestion and activating blood flow by drinking rhizopus distiller's yeast-steeping solution),and feedstuff production(to produce feedstuff ferment for pig feeding).(Tran.by YUE Yang) |
