摘    要:研究了新型催化剂一存在下环氧丙烷与CO2合成碳酸丙烯醋的反应。应用均匀设计法对实验进行优化, 确定了合成碳酸丙烯酷的最佳工艺条件, 即反应温度135 ℃, 压力3.0 MPa, 催化剂浓度0.001(摩尔比), 搅拌转速916 r/min。在此条件下催化剂活性为3.49 mol环氧丙烷/mol(cat)·min, 碳酸丙烯醋产率大于97%。对催化反应机理也进行了探讨。

Abstract:The synthesis of propylene carbonate (PC) from propylene oxide and CO2 in the presense of newMC-3 catalyst was studied. The experiments were optimized in the study by Uniform Design and theoptimum reaction conditions obtained were as follows: temperatare 135C, pressure 3. OMPa, catalystconcentration 0.0011 (mole ratio), stirring rate 916 rpm. The activity of MC-3 is 3. 49 mol/mol .min andthe yield of PC is over 97%. Its reaction mechanism was also discussed in this paper.
