| 摘 要： | 阐述了数码印花工艺对针织物半制品的品质，以及技术要求和棉针织物活性染料数码印花原理与技术；讨论了针织物上浆处方中糊料、碱剂脲素、防染盐S和硫酸钠的选择及后处理工艺条件；详细介绍了导带式数码喷射印花和ATPrint打印软件的功能及优点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the requirements of digital printing process to semi-product quality and technology, as well as the mechanism and technology of reactive printing process of cotton knitteds. Selection of paste, alkali, urea, resist salt S and sodium sulfate, as well as the post treatment conditions are discussed. Functions and benefits of belt ink-jet printer and AT- Print printing software are introduced. |
