大功率高速行星齿轮减速器动载系数计算研究

摘    要:针对某NGW型大功率高速行星齿轮减速器,采用集中质量法将减速器各运动构件简化为集中质量,各个构件之间以及构件与机架之间的连接简化为弹性元件,整个系统简化为一个弹簧质量系统。建模中考虑了齿轮类构件、行星架组件的质心沿横向和纵向的振动位移以及构件由于扭转振动产生的角位移,最终建立了系统的扭转—横向振动耦合模型。通过求解动力学微分方程组,获取表征系统振动特性的内外啮合齿轮副在频域内的动载系数,根据设计输入转速,验证了此减速器各结构参数设计的合理性。
