| 摘 要： | 以某航空制造企业复合材料生产车间现场动态调度为对象,研究了各种工作中心的组织形式,建立了车间多模式调度派工模型,提出了基于约束理论的车间动态调度方法。研究了车间动态调度系统中的物料及工装工具配送、在制品周转跟踪、外置易变质材料管理、例外情况处理等关键问题,设计开发了车间动态调度系统,为航空复合材料车间生产流程优化和动态调度提供了一种新方法。
