| 摘 要： | 在分析流程行业生产线电控系统的特点以及常规设计模式缺陷的基础上,结合模块化理论,提出了电控系统模块化设计的思路,并以Engineering Base软件为平台,提出了电控模型库建立的方法和模块化设计的完整过程,以烟草制丝生产线电控设计为实例阐述了相关步骤。经应用表明,该法简捷高效,为流程行业生产线电控系统的快速设计提供了一种高效实用的新途径,亦可为类似的电控设计提供借鉴。
