俄罗斯天然气产品测量、计量保障体系简介

Brief introduction to Russian natural gas metering and gauging guarantee system

To meet the increasing domestic natural gas demand, Chinese government has signed an agreement with Turkmenistan on natural gas import, and will import natural gas from Russia in the future. Consequently, To learn from Russian gas metering and gauging guarantee system will help China sign technical agreements in commercial contracts,facilitate the works, and even protect national interests. This paper introduces comprehensively about Russian metering guarantee system for natural gas flow rate and quality measurement, including Russian level one standard installation and reference materials, tracing chain, method standards, work reference materials and measuring instruments, etc. It then puts forward some knowledge on the system and standard stipulation of Russian natural gas metering and gauging guarantee system, providing some reference for improving Chinese gas metering standard system and comparison study on gas metering system between Russia and China.
