| 摘 要： | 通过分析兰州石化公司芳烃抽提装置各部位能耗,采取停用抽空器、降低分馏塔回流比、降低抽提水循环量、优化工艺参数等节能措施,取得了较好的节能效果,装置能耗由开工初期的4.16 GJ／t降至3.48 GJ／t。采取节能措施后每年可降低加工成本约732万元,经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the energy consumption of every section of aromatics extraction unit in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, energy conservation measures, such as stopping the exhauster, decreasing the reflux ratio in fractionator, reducing the recycle amount of extraction water and optimizing the processing parameters, the energy consumption dropped from 4. 16GJA during the initial period of start up to 3. 48GJ/t. The annual processing cost could reduce 7. 32 million yuans after the said measures adopted, thus, the economic effect was obvious. |
