摘    要:在开发用甲烷还原法从闪速炉烟气中回收硫磺的新技术的过程中,设计了一种将天然气加入到烟气中的加料系统,以确保气体有效混合,使硫磺产率接近平衡值.根据对硫磺冷凝后还原气的色谱分析结果,将天然气消耗量自动保持在最佳水平.为保证SO2还原装置的正常运行采取了大量措施,以防止烟尘进入催化工段,其结果是大大提高了硫回收技术的效率.

Abstract:As a result of the introduction of new technology for recovering sulphur from flash smelting process gas based on methane reduction, a device has been developed for feeding natural gas into the furnace exhaust to ensure effective gas mixing and a sulphur yield close to the equilibrium value. Optimal natural gas consumption is maintained automatically, based on the results of chromatographic analysis of the reduced gas after sulphur condensation. To ensure normal operation of the SO2 reduction unit, it was necessary to take a number of measures to prevent dust from entering the catalytic section. As a result, the efficiency of this sulphur production technology has been improved substantially.
