| 摘 要： | 介绍了TH－AADY代替自培酒母在酒精生产中的应用情况。实验证明，TH－AADY具有耐酸性、耐高温、发酵酸度低、残糖低、酒度高，并能够缩短发酵时间等优点，可提高设备利用率，达到降低成本，增加经济效益之目的。

| Abstract: | The experience of TH-AADY instead of self-cultured yeast in the production of alcohol in our Co.was introduced in this paper.The test results indicated that TH-AADY had the advantages of acid resistant ,high temperature resistant ,low fermentation acidity,low residual sugar,high alcoholicity and shortening the fermentation time etc.Its application would increase the utilization rate of production facilities so that the production costs could be reduced and the economical profits could be promoted as well.(Tran.by YUE Yang) |
