数控机床伺服系统稳定性的研究

摘    要:伺服系统的性能很大程度上决定了数控机床的效率和加工精度。伺服系统将检测信号和输入指令进行比较,将差值转化从而控制输出元件.那么控制好伺服系统的稳定性、快速响应及精度,也就使伺服系统具有了良好的工作性能。文章主要讨论PID对伺服系统的影响,通过实例验证如何控制其稳定性,反映了数控领域内的新经验。对在实际生产中有很大的帮助.

Abstract:The efficiency and accuracy, of CNC machine tools is greatly determined by the quality of servo systems. The servo systems compare the feedback signal with input instruction, then convert the difference into compensatory instruction so to control the output component. So how to perform the stability,quick response and high accuracy of the servo systems will make the CNC machine tools possess the higher quality. This paper mainly discusses the effect of calculating amplifier in servo system and, by means of an example, expatiates how to improve the stability of the servo systems, provides a new experience in CNC field.
