摘    要:针对山区型河道"裁弯取直"可能提高裁弯段上游保护对象的防洪能力,也可能加重裁弯段下游的防洪风险,对山区型河道永安溪柴岭段的"裁弯取直"工程作计算分析,提出处理该问题的分析方法和一般结论,供同类工程参考.

Abstract:Curving cut-off is a project measure of channel management in mountainous river.Not only flood control capability of the upper beach can be improved with curving cut-off project,but flood risk of the downstream beach can be aggravated.Taking the Yong'an River in Zhejiang province as an example in this paper,influence on flood control by curving cut-off in mountainous channels is analyzed.Results show that the main influenced factors are the storage of retarding flood and flood flow velocity.The analyzed met...
