In the Guideline Catalogue for Industrial Restructuring (2011 Version), the clean production and project construction of straw pulping were put in the"encouraged category", which was the milestone of making good use of non-wood fiber resources to develop pulp and paper industry. Based on China’s national conditions, the supply of raw materials should be diversified, and the new valuable developments on clean production of straw pulping should be cherished and promoted steadily by ones own efforts.
