木素塑料母料的性能研究

摘    要:使用木素与聚氯乙烯(PVC)颗粒按一定比例混合,再填加一定比例的各种助剂和填料复配成木素塑料母料,压成制品。通过对制品的性能测试,综合考虑后发现木素占母料质量分数的25%时制品性能最好,其拉伸强度17.78MPa,断裂伸长率57.53%,热变形温度141.1℃,TG分析该母料耐热性能较好,300℃失重26.7%,800℃失重61.1%。

Abstract:Lignin mixed with polyvinyl-chloride pellet at certain mass ratio were added with fillers and additives, compounded into the ligninplastic master batch materials, and then were pressed to products. The results from the test of the properties of products show that the product with 25% mass fraction of lignin has better physical properties, tensile strength is 17.78 MPa, break elongation ratio is 37.53% and heat deflection temperature is 141.1℃. TG analysis shows that the lignin-plastic master batch materials has better heat resistance, mass loss is 26.7% at 300℃, mass loss 61.1% at 800℃.
