摘    要:现场测试了某厂N125机组导、抽汽管道系统作用于高、中压缸的作用力随工况的变化规律,查明了引起高、中压缸偏移的原因。以此为基础,设计安装了防位移装置。经对比试验及运行和检修测量结果比较表明,该装置行之有效。

Abstract:On the basis of the experimental data tested on a N125MW unit,the rules of movement between the operating force on HIP cylinder caused by guide tube and extraction tube system and the conditions is found.The reasons of HIP cylinder offset are analyzed. Consequently, a non-displacement device is designed and fixed.The metrical data and the comparative investigation of the experiment results proved that this device is effective in preventing the cylinder's offset. The treatment proposed in this paper is suggestive for similar problems in power plants.
