| 摘 要： | 总结了湖南电网安全稳定运行18年的经验，认为继电保护及安全自动装置、在电网调度自动化系统基础上扩建实时稳定控制系统及现代通信系统3个方面的建设对电网安全稳定运行起重要作用。着重介绍了湖南电网实时稳定控制系统的设计原则及构成，探讨了湖南电网安全稳定控制系统进一步发展的方向。

| Abstract: | Experience ofsecurity and stability operation ofHu'nan PowerSystem in thepasteighteen yearsissum m ed up. It's considered of great im portance to the construction in three aspects, i.e. protective relaying and its secure and autom atic equipm ent, real-tim e security control system on the basis of pow er netw ork dispatching system as w ell as m odern com m unication system . Design principleand theconstitution ofthe real-tim e stability controlsystem in Hu'nan Pow erSystem are em phasized. The furtherdevelopm entdirection ofsecurity and stability controlsystem is also discussed. |
