| 摘 要： | 对LEED和国家《绿色建筑评价标准》在应用范围、评估框架、认证流程等方面上进行了对比分析，并对绿标提出改进的建议。汇总了两者在节能和室内环境品质部分的指标内容，并进行分析对比，根据实际的工作划分了五个类别。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the LEED and national ＆quot;green building evaluation standard＆quot; is compared in the scope of application, assessment framework, the certification process, and puts forward improvement Suggestions for the green building evaluation standard. Summarizes the two part in energy saving and indoor environment quality index content, and analysis comparison, according to the practical work of the five categories. |
