滚动转子式压缩机滑板有限元分析

摘    要:目前滚动转子式压缩机广泛应用于家用空调器中,目的在于提供一种通用有限元软件 ANSYS 在滚动转子式压缩机滑板的分析方法。首先分析了滑板的运动规律和受力分析,在此基础上,应用ANSYS分析新开发某系列R410A工质A机型和B机型滑板最大位移和最大应力,以及R22工质量产C机型滑板最大位移和最大应力,通过对比分析结果,评估新开发机型是否满足设计要求。结果表明,机型A满足设计要求,机型B应适度减小曲轴偏心距,以减少滑板伸出量。

Abstract:The rotary compressor is widely used in household air conditioner. This paper aims at providing a method of rotary compressor vane by the finite element analysis soft ANSYS. Motion law and force analysis diagram of vane are analyzed. On the basis of this, cross maximum displacement and Maximum stress of vane of two models by R410A, and the third model by R410A which is being production are analyzed. Results show that model A meets the design requirements. Model B should reduce crankshaft eccentricity, in order to reduce out of length of vane.
