喂线法在铁液球化-孕育处理中的应用

摘    要:介绍了在内蒙一机集团第十分公司用喂线法对铁液进行球化-孕育处理的结果.与冲入法对比证明:用喂线法进行铁液球化-孕育处理可使球化等级和石墨球径提高至少一个等级,脱硫率提高10个百分点,主要球化元素的成分偏差稳定控制在0.004%以内,这样可以得到质量高且稳定的球铁铸件,增加铸件附加值.同时,采用喂线法后可以增大使用回炉料的空间,降低操作人员劳动强度,为企业带来明显的直接和间接经济效益.

Abstract:Introduced the result of nodularization-inoculation treatment for iron melt by using cored wire injection process in the Tenth Branch Company of Inner Mongolia No.1 machinery Group Corporation.The comparison with the plunging method shown that the cored wire process can make the grade of nodularization and diameter of graphite nodules increasie at least one grade. The desulfuration rate enhances ten percentages, the main deviations of component of nodular element are controlled in 0.004%, and this can obtain high quality and stable nodularzation casting and increase the addition value of castings. At the same time, it not only can increase the space of returns application after adopting cored wire process, but also can reduce labor intensity of operators'. Obviously, it can take direct and indirect economic efficiency for enterprises.
