摘    要:采用机械活化燃烧合成技术配合预热,制备低放热反应体系的Ni3Si有序合金。用X-射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜观察分析反应物和生成物的形貌与物相组成。结果表明,产物主晶相为Ni3Si及少量Ni3Si2和Ni3Si2等富硅相的混合物。研磨时间越长,预热温度越高,燃烧合成反应越容易。

Abstract:The Ni 3Si intermetallic compound powder is produced by using combusting-synthesis co-operated with mechanoactivation(MA) and preheating. The mineral composition of the products is analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and the microstructure is observed by scan electricity micrograph. The results show that Ni 3Si powder is the main component companied with a little Ni 5Si 2 and Ni 3Si 2 in the product obtained by combusting-synthesis method with techniques of MA and preheating. The longer of the time of MA and the higher the preheating temperature, the easier the combusting-synthesis processing is in the conditions of the experiment.
