一类交流变频调速系统的建模与仿真研究

摘    要:针对一类交流主频调速系统,探讨了实验建模及PID参数整定。变频器构成的开环调速系统由于抗扰性能差而难以满足一些机械设备的要求,需要采用速度闭环控制方式。系统以德国西门子变频器作为功率驱动元件,单片机参与决策,构成一种结构简单的闭环控制系统。我们采用经典辩识法中的阶跃法,建立表征系统动力学特性的数学模型,为运用一些基于模型的算法奠定了基础。本系统在控制算法上实现了PID控制。仿真结果表明建模和控制的

Abstract:Experimental modeling and realization of high performancce control strategy is dicussed for a set of AC motet Variable frequency speed control system.In orderto solve the problem of weak interference rejection in openloop control which cannot meet the needs of mechamic equipment,a colsed-loop control patten with speed feedback has proposed.Using inverter as power amlification element,one clip micro computer taking part in control decision.Thus, a seniorcont rol system with simple structure is formed Mathmatie model is established using classic identification method-step response method,then simulation was used for turning PID parameters,the application results show availability of model and control method in this paper.The system has fine performance in both dynamic responce and static characteristics.
