摘    要:采用sol-gel法制备了尖晶石结构的ZnFe2O4粉体,以其为电极材料在钇稳氧化锆陶瓷片(YSZ)上利用丝网印刷技术制备了片式NO2传感器,并对传感器在不同NO2浓度和不同温度下的输出电动势E和响应时间进行了研究。结果显示:在φ(NO2)为(68~494)×10–6范围内,E随着NO2浓度的增大而增大,并与NO2浓度的对数呈现良好的线性关系。在600℃高温时,传感器上升和下降响应时间分别为60和120s,且重复性较好。但随着工作温度的升高,传感器的灵敏度下降。

Abstract:In this study, ZnFe_2O_4 powders with spinel structure were prepared by the sol-gel method, and planar NO_2 sensor with obtained ZnFe_2O_4 powders as electrode material was fabricated on yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) ceramics chips by means of screen-printing. The output voltage E and response time of prepared sensors were studied under conditions of different NO_2 concentrations and temperatures. The results show that, when the NO_2 concentration is in the range of 68~494×10~(-6), E increases with increasing NO_2 concentration and is proportional to the logarithm of NO_2 concentration. At 600 ℃, the up and down response time of sensor are 60 s and 120 s, respectively, with good repeatability. However, the sensitivity of sensor decreases with increasing working temperature.
