印刷机滚筒抗共振可靠性设计

摘    要:运用可靠性理论分析建立了印刷机滚筒抗共振可靠性设计数学模型,并以J2108型胶印机为例进行了滚筒抗共振可靠度计算,指出印版滚筒、橡皮滚筒和压印滚筒的抗共振可靠度几乎完全相同而且相当大,但与滚筒刚度可靠度相比仍可以忽略不计,故刚度可靠度才是影响印刷机滚筒抗振问题的主要因素.

Abstract:Using the reliability theory, the mathematic model of the reliability design for the anti-vibration of the printing press cylinder is established. The reliability calculating sample of J2108 printing press is given, and it is pointed out that the values of the anti-vibration reliability of impression cylinder, blanket cylinder and plate cylinder are almost equal and huge. Comparing with the rigidity reliability of the cylinders, however it can be neglected.So the rigidity reliability is the main factor that affects the printing press cylinder anti-vibration question.
