| 摘 要： | 城市设计对项目开发具有控制的能力.按照控制力度的刚性强弱,城市设计控制开发的方式主要有原则控制、规则控制和标准控制三种.在实际操作中,须有机地综合运用这三种方式,实现优势互补,共同建构城市设计控制开发的体系.

| Abstract: | Urban design has the ability to control theproject development.Based on the extent of rigidityin the control force,the control development in ur-ban design is divided mainly into three patterns:principle control,regulation control and standardcontrol.The three patterns should be applied in con-junction with each other in practical use for greatercomplementarity so as to form a control develop-ment system in urban design. |
