| 摘 要： | 结合工业生产研究了高频焊管用464－H14铝合金复合带材的退火工艺和加工工艺对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明：成品材料冷轧前的软化退火温度应选择在既能使材料完全软化而又不发生Si原子扩散的350－400℃之间，冷加工率应控制在20％－40％，这样可使材料获得较好的力学性能，能够满足产品的技术标准和使用要求。
