摘    要:研制了一台高效率液氦温区分离型二级脉管制冷机,采用单压缩机和单旋转阀驱动该二级脉管制冷机.在实际输入功率为6.7 kW时,第二级最低温度达到了2.5 K,在4.2 K有590 mW制冷量;同时第一级在36.7 K有15 W制冷量.制冷机在4.2和40 K 2个温度上都能提供大制冷量,可以用于替代G-M制冷机冷却超导磁体、低温泵和电子器件等.通过实验,研究并分析了不同压缩机和旋转阀时序对分离型二级脉管制冷机性能的影响.

Abstract:A 4 K separate two-stage pulse tube cooler(PTC) was designed and manufactured.Driven by one compressor and one rotary valve mode,the lowest temperature was 2.5 K,and cooling capacities of 590 mW at 4.2 K and 15.0 W at 36.7 K were achieved with an actual input power of 6.7 kW.Experimental results showed that the PTC can supply cooling capacities at both 4.2 and 40 K with high efficiency and can be used to replace the GM cooler to cool super-conducting magnets,cryopumps and electrical devices.Influences of valve timing and different compressors on the cooling performance of the 4 K separate two-stage PTC were also investigated by experiments.
