| 摘 要： | 以1989年实施上海外滩建筑群立面照明为起点,中国开始兴起城市景观照明和建筑立面照明。随着城市建设的蓬勃发展,21世纪初,城市美化照明已经普及全国。文章重点介绍北京、上海、香港等大都市的优秀现代建筑照明和景观照明案例。璀璨的夜景美化了城市形象,繁荣了商业和旅游,提升了城市居民的生活质量。2004年起,中国城市照明出现理性回归的趋向。政府强调城市照明的可持续发展,要求建立健全城市照明法规和标准体系,发挥城市照明总体规划的指导作用;城市景观照明要节约能源,防止光污染,加强维护管理,提高文化品位。随着照明市场的规范化,中国专业照明设计队伍开始形成,城市景观照明和建筑立面照明的技术水平和艺术质量不断提高。中国的城市夜景建设已开始由量的发展转向质的追求。

This paper also discusses the trends in conception, planning, design, and construction management of urban lighting. |
