车载真空泵有刷交流发电机结构仿真设计

摘    要:真空泵有刷交流车载发电机是汽车上的主要电源设备,在建立参数化模型结构的基础上,提出了基于UG的参数化设计提高真空泵有刷交流发电机设计效率的快速设计系统构想,介绍了如何应用UG建立专用标准元件库,其中包括标准件参数化建模、标准件库的集成、标准件库的使用。最后介绍了运用UG与N astran对元件进行有限元分析、优化分析及参数化模型修改的工作流程。

Abstract:The study is applied on the parametric model structure of the vehicle-based generator with brush and vacuum pump.Based on method of establishing 3D parametric graph,the general procedure of the establishment of standard part library using UG secondary development tools was introduced in detail,which provide a method of rapid design of the generator.The parts of generator are analyzed with software of UG and Nastran.And the processes of finite element analyses,optimum analyses,modification of parametization are introduced.
