| 摘 要： | 提出了Al-Pb-钢背轴瓦材料的连铸复合方法，设计研制了实现该方法的水平连铸复合装置。实验结果表明，采用该种方法及装置所获得的冷却速度、轴瓦材料的Pb相分布和粘结强度完全可以满足实际生产的要求。

| Abstract: | A process and device of horizontal continuous composite casting was advanced to produce Al-Pb-steel backing bearing material. The experimental results indicated that with the process and device,the cooling rate, Pb distributing in the microstructure and the shear strength could meet practical demand. |
