| 摘 要： | 该文通过对珠三角地区现有的与旧工业厂房改造相结合的创意产业的研究,结合国内外的实际经验,对珠三角地区与创意产业相结合的旧工业区进行了分类,并分析了旧工业区建筑与创意产业结合的条件,提出适合珠三角地区与创意产业相结合的旧工业建筑再利用的规划布局与建筑改造模式。
