锂原电池重物撞击试验分析

摘    要:介绍了按照锂电池国际标准(IEC 62281-2004),以6种不同状态的Li—MnO2扣式电池为样品进行的重物撞击试验。结果表明:3种状态,即只含有负极材料锂和电解液的电池样品、只含有负极材料的电池样品和成品电池,在撞击过程中部分样品产生“火花”。说明重物撞击试验中产生“火花”的原因除了电池内部短路,还可能是由于电池内部锂的高温燃烧所致。从而表明国际锂电池标准(IEC62281—2004)中,重物撞击试验的目的(模拟电池内部短路)是有待商榷的。

Abstract:The impact test of Li-MnO2 batteries of six different states was introduced, according to the standard of IEC 62281--2004. The results showed that the Li-MnO2 battery samples which only contained metal Li and electrolyte or only contained metal Li or finished product, had the possibility of making a fire in the impact test. It demonstrated that the reason for fire in the impact test was not only because of inner short, but also for the burning of metal Li at high temperature. Therefore, it's necessary to give a thought to the intention of the impact test in IEC 62281--2004.
