An Investigation into the Characters of a Pilotand Flight Safety

Flight safety is an eternal theme in aviation. Pilots are genuine executives during a flight. Therefore,it is quite vital to discuss and research the relationship between pilots and flight safety. In this paper,the uniqueness of aviation activity is analyzed and how the factors effect pilots and flight safety is discussed,such as the state of personal health,the qualities of personal education,the mastering of professional skills,the ability of dealing the emergency,etc. Meanwhile,the author provides some constructive advice to ensure the safety of flight.
