基于偏最小二乘回归的湿法烟气脱硫效率预测

摘    要:利用影响石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫效率的主要参数为输入变量,脱硫效率作为输出变量,采用偏最小二乘回归法(Partial least squares regression,PLS)对脱硫系统进行建模,提出了湿法烟气脱硫效率计算模型。运用此模型对某电厂湿法烟气脱硫效率进行预测,预测结果和运行数据最大相对误差小于5.0%.表明PLS对湿法脱硫效率预测精度较高,对脱硫系统运行具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Adopting the parameters affecting the efficiency of the limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization as input variables, the desulfurization efficiency as the output variables, using the Partial least squares regres- sion, PLS regression modeling on the desulfurization system. Wet flue gas desulfurization efficiency calculation model. Use this model to predict the maximum relative error of prediction results and operating data of a power plant ammonia flue gas desulfurization efficiency of less than 5.0%. That high prediction accuracy of PLS on the desulfurization efficiency of wet have certain guiding significance to the operation of the desulfurization system.
