摘 要: | 分析了复杂薄板零件拉深过程的力学特征 ,阐明了提高板料成形性能的技术关键 ,提出了一种能大幅度提高板料成形性能的新技术。对一种拉深难度很大的复杂油底壳采用这一新技术的一次拉深成形、常规工艺的一次拉深成形及实际生产中采用的二次拉深成形三种成形过程进行了有限元数值模拟 ,比较结果表明 ,这一新工艺的一次拉深成形的效果最好。

Numerical Simulation on New Process to Form Complex Oiltank by Once Deep-Drawing |

Abstract: | Mechanical characteristics in deep-drawing process to form complex part were deeply analysed, and the technical key to improve forming property of sheet metal was proposed. The new technique to improve forming property of sheet metal for great extent was put forward,due to this technical model. Then three processes to form the complex oiltank were simulated respectively, these processes included the new forming process by once deep-drawing, the common forming process by once drawing, and the process by twice drawing to be used in practical productions. It is shown by comparison that this new process is the most effective among these processes. |
