| 摘 要： | 水景能提高房价给房地产商带来更多的经济利益，同时水景能给业主带来视觉和精神的享受，因此水景小区现在已受到了房地产商和业主共同的青睐。水景建设和水体维护并重，文章通过实例就水景与水质维护措施的融合和水景设计的原则进行了介绍。

| Abstract: | Waterscape can give land agents more economy profit by increasing housing price, and give owners enjoyment of vision and spirit. So land agents and owners like waterscape village. Building waterscape and maintaining water quality are importance. This article introduces the amalgamation of waterscape and Water Maintenance measures and the principles of waterscape design, this article also gives some examples. |
