| 摘 要： | 促进义务教育均衡发展是当前基础教育工作的重中之重,无论是理论研究还是实践探索都需要进一步理清思路。本文在梳理了我国县域内义务教育均衡发展的实践路径及政策选择后,提出要在政策方向、力度和效果上构建可操作的行动计划,并以此作为构建政策体系与评价制度的依据。 |
