| 摘 要： | 投资效益是影响高等教育能否健康发展的关键。我国高等教育存在财政投入偏少、高校过度融资、高等教育投资收益低等问题,严重影响高等教育发展。必须通过优化结构、调整布局、完善多元化投资体制、制定科学的拨款绩效考评体系,扩大高校办学自主权等措施来提高投资办学效益,实现高等教育健康发展。
