| Abstract: | Young English teachers born after the eighties are a special group of English teachers.The modernized,networking and specialized tendency of English education in higher vocational colleges have brought forward higher requests to their comprehensive qualities.The self-development approaches of young English teachers born after the eighties are explored in four aspects in order to meet the four challenges they must face with. |
