| 摘 要： | 企业危机管理是企业成功应对市场风险,健康持续发展的关键。服务于企业发展全局和管理者决策工作的秘书,在危机预防和应对过程中扮演着"智囊团"、"侦察兵"、"协调员"、"公关人"的多重角色。通过危机管理各不同情境下的角色实践,企业秘书领悟角色内涵,合理定位,进而实现自身职业角色扩展、创新。

| Abstract: | Successful crisis management is the business respond to market risk,health key to sustainable development.Service managers in corporate decision-making and overall development secretary,in the process of crisis prevention and response to playing ＂think tank＂,＂Scout ＂,＂coordinator ＂,＂PR people ＂ multiple roles.Through crisis management role of the practice of different situations,companies realize the role content of the secretary,reasonable position,thus achieving their own professional role expansion,innovation. |
