Abstract:To develop a mechanic device used in testing the properties of dampening pad,the optimal design is used and the characteristics of the mechanics are considered.Through the optimization of the shape and mass of the component,the inertia force is reduced.To reduce the exciting force of the mechanics,the model is set up for the calculation of the properties and the parameters of the mechanics.The target function is determined.The fundamental research lays a basis for the high effective and sustainable dampening pad,and the result is proved to be useful.
