| 摘 要： | 介绍商洛炼锌厂年产20 t铟锭生产系统的设计工艺、主要设备及生产运行的实践情况.本系统2010年5月开车,一次成功,并安全运行至今,未出现重大工艺设备事故.铟的浸出率达98%～99%,萃取率达95%以上,总回收率达55%～60%.生产各工序环保、稳定,所产产品合格,为商洛炼锌厂带来极大的经济效益和良好的社会效益.

| Abstract: | The designing technology, main equipment and production instance were introduced about the indium recovery system in zinc smelting company of Shangluo, and 20 tons indium ingot was obtained annually. The system was operated successfully at the first time in May 2010, and it has functioned up to now. Grievous events about technology and equipment didn＇t happen. The indium leaching rate was 98% -99%, meanwhile the ex- tracting rate and the recovery rate were 95 % and 55 % ~ 60% separately. The produce practice was friendly to environment and the product was up to grade. Great economy and society benefits were acquired from the indium recovery system. |
