摘    要:介绍几种常用扭矩传感器,详细介绍了应变片式扭矩传感器原理、工程应用,并分析了应变式扭矩传感器的理论依据和应变片的黏贴;运用ANSYS仿真分析了传动轴的应力应变,对理论和应变片的黏贴位置进行了验证。

Abstract:Several common torque sensors are introduced. The principle of strain type torque sensor and the engineering application are discussed in detail. The theoretical basis of strain-resistor torque sensor and the strain gauge paste are analyzed. The ANSYS is used to simulate the transmission shaft of stress and strain. The paste position of theory and the strain gauge is verified.
