发酵丁二酸提取液的脱色工艺研究

摘    要:研究了不同原料发酵丁二酸提取液的脱色条件。确定了理想的脱色材料—TX—328P粉末状活性炭,得出单一活性炭脱色的优化条件:操作温度为75℃,pH 2~3,脱色时间30 min,对玉米糖浆发酵提取液.活性炭用量为0.8%,其脱色率达92%,丁二酸的损失率为3.2%;对甘蔗糖蜜发酵提取液,活性炭用量为2.5%,脱色率达97%,丁二酸的损失率为6.2%。采用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂吸附和TX~328P活性炭相结合的两步脱色方法,对甘蔗糖蜜发酵提取液的脱色率达98.2%,两步脱色总丁二酸损失率为6.0%,活性炭用量减少到0.1%,树脂可反复使用。

Abstract:The decoloration condition of succinic acid fermentation from corn syrups and cane molasses were investigated.Results show that TX—328P activated char is a suitable decolored reagent.The optimum conditions of solo active carbon discolor method were:temperature 75℃,pH 2~3,adsorption time 30 min. With adding 0.8% of TX—328P activated char to the solution from corn syrups fermention,the decoloriza- tion rate was 92% and the rate of the loss of succinic acid was 3.2%.While adding 2.5% of TX—328P acti- vated char to the solution form cane molasses fermention,the rates of decolorization and the rate of the loss of succinic acid were 97% and 6.2% respectively.When decolouration combining AB—8 macro—resin and TX—328P active carbon char,the decolorization rate of the solution from cane molasses fermention reached 98.2%,and the rate of the loss of succinic acid was 6.0%,the dosage of TX—328P active carbon char lowed 0.1%,and the resin could be reused.
