| 摘 要： | 从电磁热弹性理论（Ｍａｇｎｅｔｏ—Ｔｈｅｒｍｏｅｌａｓｔｉｃｉｔｙ）的基本方程出发，推导了良导体板在横向时变电磁场和纵向稳恒磁场共同作用下耦合振动的一般方程。已有文献中针对不同的外加磁场得到的振动方程是本文的特例。
