摘    要:理论上分析Monel-400材料焊制容器的主要缺陷及产生原因,并通过多次焊接试验及生产实践,摸索和总结出化工用蒙乃尔合金容器的焊接工艺,制定相应的焊接工艺评定及专项技术措施,为现场优质化施焊该类设备及提高返修合格率积累经验,对相关或类似的设备制造焊接亦有积极的指导作用。

Abstract:The theoretical analysis on the prominent limitations of Monel-400 welding container is given. The technical assessment and measurement for typical welding craftwork in Monel alloy containers are summarized through a series of tests of welding and constructing practices, which makes a contribution to optimize the live welding of such equipment and promote the repair rate for similar equipment in welding.
