摘    要:
以TiC为还原剂,根据试验产物TiCxOy的碳氧比(x/y),按照TiO2+TiC→TiCxOy+CO(g)反应的化学计量配比与TiO2粉末混合,在1 000~1 500℃进行真空烧结。XRD分析结果表明,反应产物为类似TiC晶格结构的TiCxOy固溶体,并且原料的碳氧比要满足x/y>1.5。热处理后所得的固溶体具有优良的导电性能。

Abstract:
Vacuum thermo-reduction sintering was performed at 1 000~1 500 ℃ with titanium carbide as reductant which was mixed with TiO2 powder on the basis of the ratio of carbon to oxygen(x/y) of the product TiCxOy according to the reaction: TiO2+TiC→TiCxOy+CO(g).The products obtained were characterized by XRD,TiCxOy solid solution with similar structure as TiC can be prepared.The ratio x/y of reacting material is supposed to reach the value of x/y>1.5.TiCxOy solid solution is of good electric conductive properties.
