摘    要:通过热水溶解、液固分离工艺从炼锌回收镉所产生的含氯烧碱渣中回收镉。含氯碱液在沉矾前进入锌湿法系统,沉矾时用Cl-替代OH-,铜镉渣的热酸浸出及铜渣的低酸洗涤生产CuCl等以消除Cl-的危害;沉矾时用Na+代替NH4+,锌、镉回收率达到99.90%。试生产证明经济效益、环保效益良好。

Abstract:The cadmium, contained in the chlorine-containing caustic soda slag from the process of cadmium- recycling during the zinc metallurgy, can be recycled by using hot water dissolving and liquid-solid separation process. The alkali liquor with chlorine entered into the zinc hydrometallurgy flowsheet before vitriol-sinking. When vitriol sinking, the replacement of OH- with Cl- and the hot acid leaching from the copper cadmium slag, as well as the production of CuCl from the copper slag with low-acid washing process can eliminate the harm from Cl-; and still the replacement of NH4+ with Na+ can be fully used. Thus the recovery rate of zinc and cadmium reached up to 99.90%. The trial production proved an ideal economic efficiency and environmental protection benefit.
