高氟铀矿石微生物堆浸工业试验

摘    要:在前期试验基础上,进行高氟铀矿石微生物堆浸工业试验。上堆矿石4 315 t,矿石粒径-6 mm,品位0.186%,渣计浸出率92.63%,酸耗3.14%。所用的05B菌群在氟含量2~3.98 g/L的尾液中生长良好,浸出周期112 d。与常规酸法堆浸相比,浸出率提高约3个百分点,酸耗降低1.8个百分点,浸出周期缩短1个多月。

Abstract:The industrial process of bio-heap leaching for the uranium ores with high fluorite content is conducted based on the earlier researches. The heap with 4315t uranium ore is set up and the average uranium grade of the ore is 0.186% and the particle size is -6mm. The 05B flora grows well in raffinate with the concentration of fluorine 2~3.98g/L. After 112d leaching, 92.63% of the uranium in the ore is solved with 3.14% of acid consumption. Compared to the conventional heap leaching process, the leaching rate is increased by about 3 percentages, the leaching period is shortened by more than one month and the acid consumption is reduced by about 1.8 percentages.
