铜阳极泥渣中浸出碲的试验研究

摘    要:以铜阳极泥渣为原料,探讨了碲的浸出条件。通过正交试验与单因素试验考察了浸出时间、温度、pH及高锰酸钾加入量对碲浸出率的影响。结果表明,最佳浸出工艺条件为:时间4 h、温度70℃、高锰酸钾用量0.8%、pH 1.6左右。在最佳浸出条件下,碲浸出率达92.15%。

Abstract:The extraction conditions of tellurium were discussed with tellurium-bearing residue from copper anode slime as raw materials.The effect of leaching time,temperature,dosage of potassium permanganate and pH on tellurium extracting rate were investigated through orthogonal experiment and factor experiment.The results showed that with the optimum leaching conditions including leaching time of 4 h,temperature of 70 ℃,the dosage of potassium permanganate of 0.8% and pH 1.6,the tellurium leaching rate was 92.15%.
